1. What AntennaPorn Is

AntennaPorn is a free, community-driven photo gallery for antenna photography, cell tower photos, satellite dish images, ham radio antenna pictures, and other telecommunications infrastructure content. The Site allows anonymous uploads, voting, commenting, and antenna identification.

2. User Submissions

You may upload photos and media to AntennaPorn without creating an account. All uploads are anonymous by default. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share the content (you took the photo, or have permission to share it).
• The content features antennas, towers, dishes, radio equipment, or related telecommunications infrastructure.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws.

Each upload is assigned a unique management token stored in your browser. This token allows you to manage your submissions through the My Uploads page. If you clear your browser data, you will lose access to manage those uploads.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to AntennaPorn. By uploading, you grant AntennaPorn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Site and associated social media channels (including crossposting to Reddit communities like r/antennasporn). You may request removal of your content at any time through your management token or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

When using AntennaPorn, you agree to:

• Only upload content related to antennas, towers, radio equipment, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Not upload illegal, obscene, threatening, or harassing content.
• Not upload photos taken while trespassing on private or restricted property.
• Not upload content that could compromise the security of critical infrastructure.
• Not upload photos that prominently feature identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Not spam, flood, or abuse the upload or comment systems.
• Not attempt to manipulate votes or gaming the ranking system.
• Not attempt to circumvent moderation or access restricted areas of the Site.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

• Content that is illegal under United States law.
• Content depicting or promoting violence, hate, or illegal activity.
• Sexually explicit material (despite the name, AntennaPorn is a clean, family-friendly antenna photography community).
• Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content.
• Content unrelated to antennas, towers, or radio/telecommunications equipment.

6. Moderation

All uploads are subject to moderation review before appearing in the public gallery. Site administrators reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any submission at their sole discretion.
• Edit titles, descriptions, or tags for clarity or appropriateness.
• Remove comments that are off-topic, abusive, or otherwise violate these terms.
• Ban IP addresses or browser fingerprints that repeatedly violate these terms.

Moderation decisions are final. We are under no obligation to explain or justify individual moderation actions.

7. Anonymous Uploads

AntennaPorn does not require user accounts. Uploads are anonymous by default. However, we do store certain technical information (see our Privacy Policy) for abuse prevention and site operation purposes. Anonymity does not grant immunity from these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

8. Cookies

AntennaPorn uses cookies for essential site functionality:

• voter_id -- A unique identifier stored in your browser to track your votes and prevent duplicate voting.
• Session cookies -- Used for admin authentication.
• Upload tokens -- Stored in localStorage to allow you to manage your submissions.

9. EXIF Data

When you upload a photo, we extract and store EXIF metadata (camera model, GPS coordinates, date taken, etc.) to power features like the antenna map and photo details display. If you do not want location data stored, strip EXIF data from your photos before uploading.

10. Third-Party Services

AntennaPorn uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics -- For site usage statistics.
• Google AdSense -- For displaying advertisements.
• Cloudflare -- For CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS.

Your use of the Site is also subject to these third parties' respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer

AntennaPorn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of antenna identifications, comments, or any other user-generated content. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on this Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
